B.Tech at Jabalpur Engineering College (2023–2027). I’ve led frontend for a multi-tenant travel platform, shipped a merged authentication feature into Appwrite’s PHP codebase, and built a reconciliation engine validated against 2,254 planted decoys. Most of my work starts in a codebase I’ve never seen before.

Contributing where the codebase is unfamiliar
Appwrite PR #13148 MERGED 57K★ · 5.7K forks

Added a custom MFA challenge factor so developers can deliver second-factor auth through channels Appwrite doesn’t support natively — traced the existing email, phone, TOTP and recovery-code flows to fit the architecture without extra branching.

Security fix in review
Restricted challenge access so read-scoped API keys can’t reach email or phone OTP secrets.
Server-only endpoint
API-key authorization with a separate response model — raw secrets never reach clients.

Invalid OTPs, challenge reuse, cross-user access, session-vs-API-key auth.
